Our client is in need of a service desk engineer will provide effective assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide back-up and support to the service manager and the technical team.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues and providing desktop and server support.
• Builds good customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
• Ensuring that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external .
• Ensures that regular and constant communication take place with the customer.
• Quotes the client timeously and follows up on quotes daily.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
• Degree/Diploma/certificates in related field an advantage
• Working knowledge of MS office.
• Working knowledge of Mitel
• Working knowledge of CRM
• 3 years Voice and Data industry experience.
Salary: R14,000 p/m
