Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification.
National Diploma or equivalent NQF Level 5 Qualification in Information Technology.
MS SQL Server tertiary education and/or experience is a requirement.
Proficient at MS Office (Excel - advanced).
Dialer administration experience will be an advantage.
Knowledge of contact centre systems and processes will be an advantage.
Real time monitoring of dialer campaigns is a core function where constant feedback is to be provided to management.
Recommendation of dialer system settings to improve call effectiveness.
Investigate and implement dialer optimised processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Escalation of faults and enquiries to the respective IT departments and service provides.
Analysing reports by interpreting results and by making recommendations to increase dialer proficiency.
Manage relationships and expectations within various campaign managers.
Debrief and review campaigns from a dialler perspective.
