Well established company is looking to employ a Receptionist.
Matric / Grade 12.
About a year’s experience in an administrative and/or reception role.
Excellent Communication skills.
Basic Computer literacy skills.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is friendly, who has good communication skills and who would want to develop their skills further in the future.
Responsibilities will include:
•Answering of phone calls
•Taking and replying of messages
•Provide information to callers
•Greet persons entering organization
•Direct visitors to destinations
•Redirect queries from the public and customers
•General administrative support
•Maintain appointment diary electronically
