GENERAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
•Provide Support to department manager
•Prepare budgets and analytical prediction
•Must do financial control, orders and invoices and time sheet management using Qmuzik.
•Administrative diary, appointments, and functions and perform general secretary duties
•Assist in maintaining Co. Quality Manual and documents
•Create and maintain Co. templates and assist company personnel in its use.
•General office administration and also administration support to the departmental personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
•Minimum Grade 12 + recognized accounting / bookkeeping certificate/ diploma an advantage
•Advanced computer literacy and capabilities in Word, Excel and Visio.
•5 years in service delivery or quality environment
•Excellent typing skills
