Our client is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team. You would be responsible for the delivery of high quality service to a diverse customer base, through telephone and service desk enquiries.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide excellent customer service
Dealing with inbound and outbound chats
Correspondence with clients via e-mail
You must be able to read, write and speak Dutch and English fluently
You will need proven customer service skills
Have the ability to work under pressure and within a highly pressured environment
The ability to liaise with different types of customers
Excellent interpersonal skills
A good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
You must be willing to work shifts.
