Job description:

Finance clerk/office assistant
Woodmead
R8000 per month


Handling overflow calls to the desktop engineers
Where necessary routing calls accurately
Procuring defined equipment and services
Liaising with suppliers for pricing, quotations and services.
Maintain accurate, up to date databases and systems
Sorting and preparing of general documentation and keeping files updated.
Daily notification of all staff absent or out of the office.
Provide general information to the business units as required.
Reporting on pre-defined activities and processes.
Reporting to and assisting IT management where required.
Pastel experience essential
